About Kerris Spencer

Kerris Spencer is a textile accessory & fashion designer and maker specialising in knitted and constructed textiles. She graduated from Buckinghamshire New University in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Textiles and Surface Design.

Driven by a passion for innovative materials and traditional craftsmanship, Kerris creates distinctive handmade pieces for interiors, fashion, and accessories. Her experimental approach combines a wide range of materials -including metal, rubber, latex, and vegan leather - to produce unique designs that challenge conventional textile practices.

Following her graduation, Kerris completed internships with renowned luxury brand Jimmy Choo and independent designer Michelle Lowe-Holder. In 2013, she began working as a freelance designer, creating bespoke fabrics and garments for private clients and supporting students with custom projects.

In 2016, Kerris established her own studio with the ambition of designing and producing sustainable, vegan fashion accessories. Every piece is handcrafted in Bristol, UK, reflecting her commitment to ethical design, quality craftsmanship, and originality.

Kerris has showcased her work at a variety of events and markets, including Le Boutique Bazaar, Wasted Chic, DragWorld, Bristol Bazaar, Wilderness Festival, and the G & F Couture Fashion Show charity event. Her designs have also been exhibited internationally in New York, Berlin, and Munich.

Alongside pop-up events, Kerris has presented collections at numerous fashion shows, including the Halloween Torture Garden shows and the New Sunday Slick Fashion Shows.
